Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the GDPR, based on voluntarily expressed consent for the purposes indicated in its content. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. »

TruckCare may transfer your personal data to business partners (their list is available at: https://truckcare.pl/lista-partnerow-podmiotow-powiazanych ) and to other subsidiaries of the European Leasing Fund S.A. group in Wrocław, as well as to companies providing services to TruckCare, in particular those dealing with technical support and providing IT services, as well as mediating in lease agreements. TruckCare will store your personal data until consent is withdrawn.

TruckCare will process your personal data in an automated manner, especially profiling, to best match the product offer to your needs and choose the most favorable service method.

You have the right to request from TruckCare as the data administrator: access to your personal data, rectification of your personal data, erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing of your personal data, and portability of your personal data.

Should TruckCare violate applicable laws regarding personal data processing, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Warsaw or another supervisory authority in the EU member state that is your habitual residence, place of your work, or place where the violation may have occurred.
